About
Clinically grounded resources for doing real work on real life issues, from a therapist who believes you can be trusted with the truth about your own life.

The person behind it
Craft Your Wellness is the work of Lisa Reidsema, LMHC, a licensed mental health counselor with over fourteen years of clinical experience. For years, Lisa sat with people inside the patterns they kept living, and she kept noticing the same thing: the moment something shifted was almost never the moment someone handed them advice. It was the moment someone named what was happening underneath, accurately, so they could finally see the mechanism instead of only feeling its effects.
That moment is what these resources are built to create. They aren't a pep talk, and they aren't a diagnosis. They're a clear, kind explanation of what's actually happening in you and why, followed by something specific to practice.
What we believe
You can be trusted with the truth. The work here treats you as an intelligent adult. It tells you the truth about the problem, explains the mechanism instead of moralizing, and never talks down to you.
Depth over volume. We would rather build one resource that takes a single problem all the way to the end than a hundred that skim. Each kit, workbook, and course is complete in itself. You never need the whole shelf.
A resource should end. Everything here is designed to be finished. Someone who does the work and never comes back is a success, not a lost customer. Nothing here is built to keep you dependent on it.
Warmth and rigor are not a trade-off. The tone is the tone of a good session: warm, plain, and unhurried. The thinking underneath it is clinical and exact. You get both, because you deserve both.
How the work is made
Every resource is authored, reviewed, and clinically directed by Lisa. Each one follows a single method:
The Wound · The Map · The Practice. First we name what happened. Then we map how it lives in you now. Then we practice something different.
Some of our courses and walkthroughs are presented using Lisa's approved AI likeness and voice clone, which lets her teach the same material, at the same standard, to far more people than a filming schedule ever could. Whichever form it takes, the content is hers: written, reviewed, and clinically directed by Lisa, start to finish.

Craft Your Wellness publishes educational resources. They aren't therapy, and they aren't a substitute for care from a licensed clinician. If you're in crisis, please reach the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the US, or your local emergency services.
