Kratom and Supplements
You picked up something sold as wellness and ended up somewhere you never planned to go. This is the work of seeing plainly what's in the bottle, and getting free of it safely.
It didn't look like a substance. It was on a shelf, near the vitamins or at the gas station counter, sold with the language of wellness and energy and focus. You took it the way you'd take anything meant to help. Then the days you skipped it started to feel wrong, and the amount crept up, and now you're using something you never chose to be dependent on, from a bottle that told you almost nothing true about what it does. The shame is doubled, because on top of everything you feel foolish, as though you should have known.
You couldn't have known, because the information was withheld from you on purpose. Getting it back is where this starts, and it changes how the whole thing looks.
What’s actually happening
Products like kratom and many gas-station supplements occupy a deliberate gap: potent enough to create real physical dependency, marketed loosely enough to avoid the warnings a drug would carry. The result is that people form a genuine dependency without ever being told they were at risk, and then blame themselves for a trap that was built to be sprung. The body doesn't care what the label called it; dependency is dependency, and coming off some of these substances carries real physical risk that deserves a careful, informed plan. Seeing plainly what's actually in the bottle, and where you sit inside the dependency, is what makes a safe exit possible instead of a dangerous guess.
The Real Dose
This is the guided intervention for dependency on a substance sold as wellness. It puts the withheld information back in your hands, shows plainly what the product does, maps where you sit inside the dependency, and helps you build a safe plan for getting free. Includes a private audio walkthrough recorded by Lisa.
The next step
The kit that most often follows this one is The Relapse Prevention Kit, for learning your own process so a hard stretch stays a hard stretch.
The Downloadable Care Guide
This is a practical visual companion that reinforces the work and helps you carry the practices into everyday life after you've been through the kit. It's an instant download from craftyourwellness.com.
